This Consent & Agreements page outlines the permissions and acknowledgments required to use Founders Bridge Services. These consents are essential for us to serve you effectively and comply with Indian regulations.
By engaging with Founders Bridge, you explicitly provide the consents listed below. Your consent is voluntary but necessary to proceed with our Services. You may withdraw any consent at any time by notifying us in writing.
1 Data Processing Consent
You consent to Founders Bridge collecting, processing, storing, and using your personal information (name, contact details, identity documents, address, business information) for the purpose of providing company registration and related services.
Specifically, you authorize us to:
- Collect and store your PAN, Aadhaar number, and photographic identification
- Process your personal data for MCA registration, DIN application, and DSC acquisition
- Share your information with government authorities (MCA, ROC, NSDL) as required for registration
- Store your documents in secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure
- Retain your data for 8 years post-incorporation as required by Companies Act, 2013
Your data will not be: sold to third parties, used for unrelated commercial purposes, shared with unauthorized entities, or disclosed to marketing companies without your express written consent.
2 Communication Preferences
You consent to receive communications from Founders Bridge regarding:
- Service updates and progress on your registration
- Documents and information required from you
- Government authority responses and next steps
- Required compliance reminders (annual filings, GST deadlines)
These communications will be sent via:
- Email to your registered email address
- SMS to your registered mobile number
- WhatsApp to your provided WhatsApp number
- Phone call for urgent matters requiring immediate attention
You can opt out: of non-essential compliance reminders and marketing communications at any time by emailing support@foundersbridge.co.in. You cannot opt out of essential service-related communications.
3 Document Submission Agreement
By submitting documents to Founders Bridge, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All documents are authentic, original, and unaltered
- You are the legitimate owner or authorized representative of all submitted documents
- Documents comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Founders Bridge may transmit these documents to government authorities on your behalf
- You take full responsibility for the content and authenticity of submitted documents
Founders Bridge is not responsible for:
- False, fraudulent, or forged documents submitted by you
- Incomplete or inaccurate information in documents
- Government authorities rejecting applications due to document issues
- Legal consequences arising from document fraud or misrepresentation
4 Service Engagement Agreement
By engaging Founders Bridge Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We provide procedural assistance and document preparation services, not legal or financial advice
- Government processing timelines are beyond our control and may vary
- Application rejection or delay may occur due to government authority requirements
- You will provide accurate information and comply with all instructions from our team
- You will not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical business activities
- You are responsible for costs related to document resubmission or corrections
Note: Founders Bridge does not guarantee approval of your registration application. Success depends on government authority decisions and the accuracy of information provided.
5 Government Authority Consent
You explicitly authorize Founders Bridge to act as your authorized representative and submit documents to government authorities on your behalf, including:
- Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for company registration and filings
- Registrar of Companies (ROC) for incorporation documents
- NSDL and Certifying Authorities for Digital Signature Certificates
- Any other government agency required for your business registration
This authorization includes:
- Submission of identity documents, address proof, and business information
- Filing of incorporation forms (RoC Form SPICe, DIN application, etc.)
- Correspondence with government officials on your behalf
- Receiving government responses and documents from authorities
6 Payment Authorization
By making a payment through Founders Bridge, you authorize us to:
- Process your payment through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU)
- Retain transaction records for 7 years as required by financial regulations
- Issue invoices and receipts for services rendered
- Apply payments toward service fees and government filing charges
You acknowledge that:
- Payment is non-refundable once services have commenced
- Any additional government charges are your responsibility
- Service fees do not include government charges or third-party certifying authority fees
Your card details: are not stored by Founders Bridge. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS payment gateways with industry-standard security.
7 Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and accept the following risks associated with company registration and business operations:
- Government authorities may request additional documentation or clarification
- Application processing may take longer than estimated timeframes
- Government authorities may reject applications for reasons beyond Founders Bridge control
- Your business compliance obligations continue after incorporation
- Failure to meet statutory compliance deadlines may result in penalties or legal action
- You are solely responsible for ongoing legal, tax, and compliance matters
Founders Bridge assists with registration but does not guarantee successful outcomes. Business success depends on market conditions, execution, and ongoing compliance efforts.
8 Consent Withdrawal
You may withdraw any consent provided on this page at any time by submitting a written request to support@foundersbridge.co.in with subject line "Consent Withdrawal".
However, please note that:
- Withdrawal of certain consents may prevent us from continuing your registration services
- You remain responsible for any obligations arising from consents already acted upon
- Data retention obligations to government authorities continue regardless of consent withdrawal
- Your account may be suspended if critical service-related consents are withdrawn
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request within 4 hours and implement changes within 7 business days.
9 Archival of Consent
Founders Bridge maintains comprehensive records of all consents provided, including:
- Date and time of consent collection
- Method of consent (online, email, form submission)
- Specific consents provided and any modifications
- IP address and device information from which consent was obtained
These records are retained for 8 years in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Indian tax regulations. You may request a copy of your consent records by emailing support@foundersbridge.co.in.
