Founders Bridge LLP ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically through your use of our website, and from third-party tools we use to operate our business.

We do not collect or store credit/debit card numbers. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS third-party gateways (Razorpay / PayU).
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only for the purposes it was collected for. We do not use your data for unrelated commercial purposes.
- To process your company registration with the MCA — including DSC, DIN, MOA, AOA and incorporation filings.
- To communicate about your registration status, next steps and required documents.
- To send compliance reminders (annual filings, GST deadlines) if you opt in.
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form, WhatsApp or email.
- To improve our website experience based on anonymised usage data.
- To comply with legal obligations, government audits or court orders.
We will never: sell your personal data, send unsolicited marketing without consent, or share your Aadhaar / PAN details with any party not required for your registration.
Sharing Your Data
We share your data only where necessary to provide our services or where required by law.

All third-party service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, and as required by Indian law.
- Company registration documents — 8 years from incorporation, per the Companies Act, 2013.
- Contact form submissions — 12 months, then securely deleted.
- Payment records — 7 years, per financial regulations.
- Website usage data — 26 months (Google Analytics default), fully anonymised.
After the applicable period, data is permanently deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion of non-statutory data — see Section 10.
Your Rights
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
Right to Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right to Correction
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of data we're not legally required to retain.
Right to Portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to Object
Object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent previously given, without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@foundersbridge.co.in with subject "Data Rights Request". We respond within 30 days. Some requests may be limited where we have a legal obligation to retain data.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your browser — to improve your experience and understand how visitors use the site.
- Essential cookies — required for the website to function (form submissions, session management). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, fully anonymised. You may opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

Security

- Documents uploaded to our platform are stored in AES-256 encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3).
- Access to client data is restricted to authorised CA team members on a need-to-know basis.
- We conduct periodic security reviews and employee data-handling training.
Despite best efforts, no internet transmission is 100% secure. If you suspect your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@foundersbridge.co.in.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults (18 years and above) engaging in business registration. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
If you believe a minor has submitted data through our platform, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Send an email notification to active clients for significant changes.
- Display a prominent notice on our website homepage for 30 days.
Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
