These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the Founders Bridge website and services. Founders Bridge LLP ("we", "our", "us", "Company") provides company registration and business compliance services to aspiring entrepreneurs and business founders. By accessing foundersbridge.co.in or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
Your use of Founders Bridge constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Founders Bridge. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Note: If you access our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) acquisition and support
- Director Identification Number (DIN) application
- Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) drafting
- Incorporation document filing and tracking
- Compliance calendar and reminders for statutory filings
- Advisory services related to business registration
Our Services are informational and procedural in nature. We assist in preparing and filing documents with government authorities. We do not provide legal advice, tax guidance or financial counselling — for those, consult qualified professionals.
User Eligibility
To use our Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of India
- Have valid identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar)
- Use our Services for lawful business purposes only
- Not have been convicted of any crime involving dishonesty or fraud
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and suspend services if it cannot be confirmed.
User Responsibilities
When using Founders Bridge Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information in all forms and submissions
- Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
- Ensure that submitted documents are authentic and unaltered
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of India
- Not use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent or unethical purposes

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not upload malware, viruses or harmful content to our platform
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Any violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of Services and legal action as warranted.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, functionality, code and materials on the Founders Bridge website and platform — text, graphics, logos, images and software — are the exclusive property of Founders Bridge or licensed to us by third parties.

While we strive to provide accurate, timely Services, government processing timelines and requirements are beyond our control. Founders Bridge is not responsible for delays, rejections or complications arising from government authorities.
Termination of Services
Termination by you: You may discontinue using Founders Bridge Services at any time by notifying us in writing. Outstanding fees remain payable.
Termination by Founders Bridge: We may suspend or terminate your Services immediately, without notice, if:
- You breach any material term of these Terms
- You provide false, fraudulent or misleading information
- Your conduct violates applicable laws or government regulations
- You engage in harassment, abuse or threatening behavior
- We are required to do so by law or government order
Upon termination, your access to Services will cease immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Founders Bridge Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
