Monthly bookkeeping that's actually current, not caught up in March.
Every transaction categorised and reconciled every month — not batched at year-end — so your books are always ready for a tax filing, a funding round, or a decision you need to make today.

Books you can trust on any given day
Most small companies' books are only ever accurate once a year, reconstructed under pressure before a tax deadline. That works until it doesn't — until a bank wants six months of clean financials, or an investor asks for last month's numbers and what exists is three months out of date.
We maintain your books monthly — every sale, expense, and bank transaction categorised into the right account, reconciled against your bank statement, and closed out within days of month-end, so what you see is always current, not reconstructed.
Errors caught monthly are a five-minute fix. The same errors discovered at year-end, buried under twelve months of transactions, take hours to trace — and by then you've likely already made decisions based on wrong numbers.

How we run your monthly close
1. Data collection
Bank statements, invoices and receipts are pulled monthly — from your systems directly where integrations allow.
2. Categorisation & reconciliation
Every transaction is booked to the right account and matched against the bank statement.
3. Close & report
Books are formally closed and a P&L and balance sheet are shared, typically within 7–10 days of month-end.
Once onboarded, each month closes within 7–10 working days of month-end, on a fixed, repeatable schedule.
